What we collect
Only what a request needs: your name, phone number, delivery address, an email address if you give one, the items you asked for, and any photos or links you attach.
What we use it for
Sourcing your items, contacting you about your request, and delivering. Your phone number and address are shared with couriers and, where necessary, with the seller — only to fulfil your request.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent a request.
How long we keep it
Request records are kept so we can handle returns, disputes and repeat orders. Ask us to delete yours and we will, except where we are required to retain records of a transaction.
Cookies and local storage
The site keeps your in-progress request in your own browser so you do not lose it if you navigate away. That stays on your device. We do not run advertising trackers.
