What we do

ShopForMe is a buying agent. You tell us what you want; we source it, quote it, and — once you approve and pay — buy it on your behalf and arrange delivery. We act for you as your agent. We are not the manufacturer or the original seller of the goods.

Quotes

A quote sets out the product cost, our shopping fee and delivery separately, plus an estimated delivery window. Quotes reflect prices available at the time of quoting and are valid for the period stated on them. Prices in this market move; if a price changes before you approve, we requote rather than absorb or pass on the difference silently.

Payment

Payment is due after you approve a quote and before we purchase. We do not charge for sourcing or quoting. Where a quote is only partly fulfilled — for example an item turns out to be unavailable after payment — we refund the unspent amount for that item.

Prices shown on the Shop page

The Shop page is a catalogue of what we source most often. Prices there are indicative, not offers, and the confirmed price always comes to you as a quote before anything is bought.

Delivery estimates

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Items ordered from abroad depend on shipping and customs clearing, which we do not control. We keep you informed of delays.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel at no cost at any point before you approve a quote. After purchase, we pursue a return with the seller where their policy allows it, but goods bought on your specific instruction cannot always be returned. Faulty or materially different items are our problem to resolve with the seller on your behalf.

What we will not buy

We do not source anything illegal to buy, own, import or export, counterfeit goods sold as genuine, prescription medicines, weapons, or restricted and controlled substances.

Your information

We use the details you give us to source your items and deliver them. See our privacy notice.
